Utility Bills will be mailed by the 1st business day of each month, and are due immediately thereafter. Accounts are considered delinquent if not paid by the 10th of each month.
The fees are as follows:

 CITY WATER & GARBAGE FEES WILL BE INCREASING ON JANUARY 1, 2023! 

Water— $26.25 for a 3/4 in. meter for the first 6,000 gal. and $1.18 per 1,000 gal thereafter 

Sewer—$51.15 

Garbage—$14.20 for residential carts – please contact City Hall for full pricing on front load dumpsters

Garbage is picked up each Thursday. Please have your garbage can on the street no later than 7 a.m. Thursday morning. Garbage container must be removed from the street the same day. Check to see what side of the street cans should be on for pickup. If a holiday falls on a Thursday, the garbage will be picked up the next day (Friday).

Dog Licensing: Dogs 3 months or older need a License & Tags. The fee is $5.00 for December of the previous year and January of the current year only, February thru December 31, $10.00. License must be renewed every year.

Facility Reservations: After January 1st each year, the Skyline Park Pavilion can be rented for your use. The rental hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. For City residents it is $15.90 plus a $20.00 refundable cleaning deposit if left clean and there isn’t any damage. Reservations are made at City Hall.

Parking on Streets: The annual winter challenge of the Street Department is to keep the streets clear and safe. No parking is allowed on both sides of the entire length of Rapid Creek Road, Grant Street, Main Street and Holstein Street, between the hours of 5:30 A.M. to 7:30 A.M., of any day during the period from Nov. 1st to April 30th. Citations will be issued for vehicles, trailers, etc. left on city streets from November 1st to April 30th.
